Mumbai, Feb 24 (NationPress) As Maha Shivratri draws near, actress Adah Sharma posted a video of her engaging with the Maheshwar Sutra, a revered chant linked to Lord Shiva.
In the video, Adah encourages her fans to participate in mastering the ancient mantras. Accompanying the footage of her learning the Shiva Sutras, the actress from The Kerala Story wrote in her caption, “For Maha Shivratri, join me in learning the Maheshwar Sutraani. Sharpen your intellect and enhance your focus and concentration. These are the 14 sounds of Lord Shiva’s damru that sage Panini perceived while observing Lord Shiva perform the Ananda Tandava.
For those unfamiliar, the Maheshwar Sutras consist of 14 verses that outline the Sanskrit alphabet. Commonly known as the Shiva Sutras, Pratyaharas, and Varna Samanmaya, this profound chant is believed to improve mental clarity, focus, and concentration, aligning one's mind with divine energy.
