Amidst a gathering of fellow stars from that legendary decade, Chiranjeevi and Jackie struck poses with others, exemplifying their everlasting camaraderie. The celebration evolved into a tribute to cinema, friendship, and the indelible spirit of the 80s. Sharing moments on Instagram, the South megastar posted images from the reunion, captioning it, “Every reunion with my cherished friends from the 80s is a stroll down memory lane, brimming with laughter, warmth, and the same unbreakable bond we’ve nurtured over the decades. So many beautiful memories, and yet every encounter feels as fresh as the first! #80sStarsReunion.”

In the group snapshots, Chiranjeevi and Jackie were seen alongside other 80s luminaries like Daggubati Venkatesh, Revathy, and others. Several stars from the 80s were also spotted mingling with Chiranjeevi.

On the professional front, Chiranjeevi recently celebrated 47 years in the film industry. Commemorating this remarkable milestone, the superstar expressed gratitude to his fans in the Telugu film sector for their unwavering love and support throughout the years. Sharing a poster of his debut film, "Pranam Khareedu" on Instagram, Chiranjeevi penned a heartfelt message in Telugu, reflecting on his illustrious journey in Tollywood.

“On September 22, 1978, I, known as 'Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad,' was introduced to you as Chiranjeevi through the film “Pranam Khareedu,” and today marks the glorious completion of 47 years. This film breathed life into me as an actor, and as your elder brother, son, family member, and megastar, you have always showered me with unconditional love. I will forever be grateful to the Telugu cinema audience for this,” he wrote.

Chiranjeevi continued, “To say that I have completed 155 films to date... the reason for this is your selfless love. The numerous accolades I have received over these 47 years do not belong to me alone; they are bestowed upon me by you. I hope this bond of love between us lasts forever... With gratitude, Yours, Chiranjeevi.”

Meanwhile, the actor is preparing for his upcoming film, “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.” Previously titled Mega 157, the name is said to be inspired by the actor’s full name — Konidela Shankara Vara Prasad. He will star alongside Nayanthara, who plays the female lead in this eagerly awaited drama.

Additionally, Chiranjeevi is set to appear in “Vishwambhara,” a project crafted by writer and director Mallidi Vassishta.
