Kriti Sanon Shares Her Favorite 'Shaadi Song'

Mumbai, Dec 18 (NationPress) Actress Kriti Sanon, who was seen at a wedding of a relative of her rumored partner Kabir Bahia, expressed her admiration for Indian weddings and mentioned that her preferred shaadi song is Oh Ho Ho Ho by Sukhbir.

Kriti took to Instagram, sharing a photo of herself adorned in various Indian outfits from different ceremonies. Additionally, she posted an image of herself having henna applied to her hands.

“There’s something special about Indian weddings and dancing to Oh Ho Ho Ho by Sukhbir! What’s your favorite shaadi song?” she asked.

Earlier this month, a photo of Kriti attending the wedding of her rumored beau's relative circulated online, intensifying the speculation.

Rumors regarding Kriti and Kabir began to escalate after a picture of them together during a trip went viral on social media. Neither party has confirmed nor denied the relationship.

Recently, Kriti shared an unseen photo from their vacation to celebrate Kabir, who is a UK-based businessman, on his birthday. She captioned the post: "Happiest birthday K! May your innocent smile always stay alive! (sic)."

On the professional front, Kriti is enjoying the success of her recent hits, including Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Crew, and Do Patti, marking her debut as a producer.

This mystery thriller, directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and penned by Kanika Dhillon, features Kajol, Kriti in a dual role, and Shaheer Sheikh. It premiered on Netflix in October 2024.

Earlier this month, Kriti made headlines at IFFI 2024 by stating that the film industry isn't solely accountable for nepotism.

A self-proclaimed outsider, Kriti remarked, “The industry has welcomed me warmly since my arrival. Naturally, for someone without a film background, it takes time to establish oneself. Achieving magazine covers and opportunities can be challenging. Yet, with persistence over 2-3 films, success is attainable.”

However, she boldly asserted that Bollywood is not solely to blame for nepotism.

She elaborated, “I believe the industry isn’t entirely at fault for nepotism. The media and the audience play a role too. Audiences are drawn to what the media highlights about certain star kids. If the audience shows interest, the industry feels compelled to produce films featuring them.”

“Thus, it creates a cycle. But I maintain that if you possess talent, you will succeed. Conversely, if talent is lacking and there’s no connection with the audience, success will be elusive,” she added.
