Is Manushi Chhillar Heavier Yet Stronger Than Ever?
Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Mumbai, Feb 13 (NationPress) The renowned former beauty queen and actress Manushi Chhillar has stated that she no longer regards the weighing scale as an indicator of her fitness level. She mentioned that she is currently at her heaviest, yet feels stronger than ever.
During an engaging "Ask Me Anything" session on Instagram, a follower inquired about her weight management. Manushi conveyed that she believes numbers do not dictate her perception of fitness.
"I genuinely don't consider my weight a measure of fitness. I am indeed heavier than I have ever been, but I also feel stronger, which I assume indicates more muscle," she explained.
Manushi further characterized herself as a true morning enthusiast, although her career has necessitated some adjustments.
"I am absolutely a morning person. Lekin mere kaam ne mujhe night owl bana diya hai (but my job has turned me into a night owl)," she shared.
When asked if she lives alone in Mumbai, Manushi responded, "I actually don’t live alone. Upon moving to Bombay, I brought my family with me. We form one big happy household."
On the topic of fitness, Manushi revealed that she began training in boxing and mixed martial arts three years ago for a film project, which has since become one of her favorite ways to exercise.
"I started three years ago for a film, but today it’s one of my favorite workouts to enjoy whenever I have the chance," she told a user.
Professionally, Manushi was last seen in the film “Maalik,” a gritty gangster drama where she stars alongside Rajkummar Rao. Directed by Pulkit and produced by Kumar Taurani and Jay Shewakramani, it premiered in June of last year.
She also appeared in the John Abraham-led film “Tehran,” a riveting geopolitical thriller based on true events.
