This premier list includes New Zealand’s duo Sophie Devine and Amelia Kerr, England’s Sophie Ecclestone, and Australia’s captain Alyssa Healy alongside former World Cup-winning captain Meg Lanning. Additionally, South Africa’s skipper Laura Wolvaardt is also featured.
Among the marquee players, six have set their base price at INR 50 lakh, while Renuka has opted for INR 40 lakh and Laura for INR 30 lakh. Deepti, recognized as the Player of the Tournament in the 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup victory, along with Sophie and Alyssa—previously part of the UP Warriorz—may be reclaimed by the franchise using their four right-to-match (RTM) options.
A total of 277 players will be auctioned for 73 available positions, comprising 194 Indian cricketers, which includes 52 capped and 142 uncapped players vying for 50 spots. Additionally, 66 capped overseas players and 17 uncapped foreigners will compete for the 23 positions allocated for non-Indian cricketers.
Nineteen players have registered in the highest base price category of INR 50 lakh, while 11 players have entered at INR 40 lakh. Furthermore, 88 players have listed themselves at INR 30 lakh.
Indian batter Harleen Deol, who played for Gujarat Giants, is among the capped allrounders in the top base-price bracket of INR 50 lakh. Her teammates from the recent ODI World Cup, Radha Yadav, Sneh Rana, and N Shree Charani, have set their base price at INR 30 lakh.
Assam wicketkeeper Uma Chetry, serving as a backup in India’s squad, and fast bowler Kranti Gaud, who represented UPW, have also opted for the INR 50 lakh bracket. A trio from Bangladesh—Marufa Akter, Shorna Akter, and Rabeya Khan—have also entered the pool.
Thailand’s left-arm spinner Thipatcha Putthawong is the only representative from her nation, while Tara Norris from the USA, who played for Delhi Capitals in WPL 2023 and made history as the first bowler to take a five-wicket haul in the league, is the sole American in the auction.
UAE captain Esha Oza and wicketkeeper Theertha Satish finalize the four players from Associate nations, with no representatives from Ireland or Scotland in the auction list.
