Indore, Nov 12 (NationPress) Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is set to attend the 'Madhya Pradesh Tech Growth Conclave 2.0' at the Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore this Thursday.
The state government is hosting this conclave with the aim of positioning Madhya Pradesh as a global hub for technology, innovation, and investment.
The event will highlight the next stage of the state's technological and industrial development, positioning Madhya Pradesh to spearhead the Tier-2 Indian tech revolution, as stated by the government.
During the conclave, Chief Minister Yadav will introduce a new policy aimed at fostering growth in space technology, with a focus on making Ujjain India's next hub for space innovation.
This draft policy is in line with national space reforms under IN-SPACe, encouraging private sector involvement in satellite design, launch services, and remote sensing, according to government reports on Wednesday.
“In the last six months, Madhya Pradesh has made incredible strides through innovation, infrastructure, and investment. Significant advancements have been made in establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for drone technology,” the government noted.
Chief Minister Yadav will also engage in one-on-one discussions with industry leaders to identify potential avenues for investment and collaboration. Additionally, he will sign Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and facilitate land allocations for new industries.
