Mumbai, Feb 4 (NationPress) Actor Ahan Shetty, who has been garnering positive feedback for his role in the newly launched film ‘Border 2’, expressed that swimming serves as a form of therapy for him, helping to alleviate mental and physical stress.

In an interview with IANS following the film's debut, he mentioned that swimming enhances his focus and harmonizes his mind.

He stated, “For me, it also serves as a sort of therapy. It effectively drowns out all the distractions, and I concentrate on my activities, whether that’s in the gym, playing cricket, paddle, football, or swimming. Given the level of activity in our everyday lives, swimming minimizes stress on the body while effectively toning it.”
