Ajay took to Instagram, posting a touching photo of himself alongside his son. The image beautifully captures their father-son relationship as they sit closely together, with Ajay’s arm lovingly around Yug, who leans affectionately against him.
“My strongest critic and my softest corner… happy birthday my boy… love you lots… @yug_dvgn,” Ajay captioned the post.
Ajay’s wife, actress Kajol, also expressed her love for their son on the same day, wishing that her “cool boy” remains kind and wonderful forever.
Kajol shared a delightful video on Instagram where she walks with Ajay and Yug. In the clip, she joyfully states: “Yuggy video, Ajay video.”
She then turns the camera towards herself, beaming with a radiant smile.
“Touchdown on 15 today for Yug Devgan! Hoping my cool boy always remains kind and wonderful.. #happybirthday #mybaby #grownup,” Kajol wrote in her post.
The couple's love story began while filming “Gundaraj” in 1994, leading to their marriage in 1999 in a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony. They welcomed their daughter in 2003 and their son, Yug, in 2010.
On the professional front, Ajay is set to star in ‘Dhamaal 4’, scheduled for release on Eid 2026.
The film will feature a talented cast including Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, Esha Gupta, and others.
The first film in the series, “Dhamaal”, debuted in 2007, featuring prominent actors like Sanjay Dutt and Riteish Deshmukh. This series is inspired by Stanley Kramer's classic It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963). The franchise includes sequels like Double Dhamaal and Total Dhamaal, with the latter loosely based on the 2015 film Vacation and incorporating elements from Blended (2014).
