Mumbai, Dec 5 (NationPress) The renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra commemorated his 58th birthday on Thursday, with Bollywood's elite taking to social media to express their affection and warm wishes.
The iconic designer, celebrated for his remarkable creations and for crafting styles for some of the industry's most notable personalities, received sincere birthday messages from a host of celebrities, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kajol, Ananya Panday, Rakul Preet Singh, and many more. Kareena, affectionately known as Bebo, shared a selfie with the designer on her Instagram story, writing, “happy birthday to my manu…love you loads forever @manishmalhotra.”
Kajal uploaded a cheerful photo with Manish, captioning it, “Happy happy birthday @manishmalhotra..may we always smile and laugh like this always..ur the bestest!!”
Rakul extended her birthday wishes with a stylish image of herself alongside Manish, stating, “Happy happy bdayyyy you lovely person. You are evergreen and ur magical! May the universe keep showering you in abundance with all that you desire and plz tell us how are you getting younger by the day…lots n lots of love ps: we need more pics.”
Ananya Panday shared a previously unseen picture of herself, Sara Ali Khan, and Manish Malhotra, showcasing a playful pose. In her Instagram stories, she wrote, “Happy Birthday to the best love you MM clearly always ready to celebrate you.”
Among the other celebrities who extended their wishes to Manish Malhotra were Shanaya Kapoor and Kiara Advani.
Manish, a prominent figure in the fashion realm, boasts an estimated net worth of $21 million (around Rs160 crore). He is the founder of his own fashion label, which encompasses haute couture, bridal collections, and diffusion lines.
In addition to his fashion empire, Manish has ventured into the high-end jewellery sector with Manish Malhotra High Jewellery and has made his presence felt in film production through Stage5 Production.
His film industry journey commenced in 1990 with his debut as a costume designer for the film “Swarg.” He garnered acclaim with the 1995 blockbuster “Rangeela,” for which he received the Filmfare Award for Best Costume Design. Manish has also styled international stars, including Jennifer Aniston.
