Elli revealed, “I begin my day with a 30-minute meditation practice that I adhere to daily. Skipping it alters my entire day compared to when I do it.”
She continued, “In the past, I favored Pilates, but at some point—possibly due to age or natural development—I recognized the necessity of lifting heavy weights, particularly for women. Therefore, I have incorporated that into my routine.”
She elaborated on her diverse exercise regimen aimed at achieving a well-rounded lifestyle.
“In addition to meditation and weight training, I also incorporate yoga and Pilates. Together, these elements enhance my mental and physical well-being, which I believe are intricately linked.”
“For me, yoga is not merely about achieving a slim physique—it's far more profound… it's about holistic health, nurturing both my physical and mental states,” she stated.
