Elli excitedly mentioned, “I am thrilled to perform alongside Akshay Kumar. This marks my debut at the Filmfare Awards, and I feel incredibly grateful for this opportunity. I truly enjoyed myself while performing my all-time favorite Bollywood track, 'Chura Ke Dil Mera,' which turned out to be a remarkable moment for me.”
Expressing her appreciation for being part of the Filmfare, she added, “Thank you so much, Gujarat, for hosting the Filmfare Awards this year and for having me here.”
In previous discussions, Elli has opened up about her fitness regimen, emphasizing the significance of mental health and the benefits of “lifting heavy weights.”
During a book launch, the 'Mickey Virus' actress highlighted how she maintains both her mental and physical well-being.
Elli shared, “I kickstart my day with a 30-minute meditation session that I practice daily. If I skip it, the whole day feels quite off compared to when I do it.”
“In the past, I enjoyed Pilates; however, I now recognize the importance of lifting heavy weights, particularly for women. Hence, I have integrated that into my fitness routine,” she added.
Discussing her balanced approach to fitness, the 'Malang' actress stated, “In addition to meditation and weight training, I incorporate yoga and Pilates. This combination allows me to cultivate both my mind and body, which I believe are intricately linked.”
“For me, yoga isn’t merely about achieving a slender physique—it delves much deeper. It encompasses holistic wellness, supporting both physical and mental health,” she concluded.
