Mumbai, Nov 25 (NationPress) Actress Elnaaz Norouzi enters a new realm with Mastiii 4, stating that this film arrived at an ideal moment in her career, providing a refreshing change from the serious and patriotic roles she has portrayed in recent years.
When discussing her motivation for accepting the role, Elnaaz revealed that she had been eagerly seeking a project that diverged from her previous work. She noted the franchise's longstanding appeal and the comedic flair of its male leads, including Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aftab Shivdasani, which made the film even more enticing.
"I have been looking to engage in a project that is distinct from my past roles. Masti has been a beloved entertainment franchise that has stood the test of time," Elnaaz told IANS.
She continued, "I find the guys to be incredibly funny and they are genuinely talented actors. Milap has adapted the script to reflect contemporary sensibilities. After my serious portrayals in patriotic films, I wanted the audience to see that I can be humorous as well."
Elnaaz confesses that she shares little in common with her character, Bindiya, but that very difference is what makes the role intriguing for her.
"Bindiya and I are worlds apart," she remarked.
"As actors, we thrive on portraying characters who are not like us, allowing us to learn from their narratives. Bindiya has a big heart; she would take in a stranger in need, even if it jeopardizes her marriage. This is something I cannot relate to at all. I tend to be possessive and value my personal space. I wouldn't be able to do many of the things she does."
Mastiii 4 was released in theaters on November 21. The film reunites the trio Amar, Meet, and Prem, who feel trapped in their mundane married lives and yearn for the excitement of their youth. Upon discovering a "Love Visa" that promises a week of total freedom, they eagerly embark on a journey filled with fun and mischief.
However, their escapade quickly spirals out of control when their wives decide to break the rules in their own unique ways.
