Mumbai, Dec 3 (NationPress) Actress Elnaaz Norouzi expresses that venturing into the realm of adult-comedy with Mastiii 4 brought its own set of concerns, especially in light of how audiences today respond to daring humour. However, she was ultimately persuaded by the script, which “transcended what the franchise has previously offered”.
When discussing her decision to join Mastiii 4 and her perspective on the audience's growing acceptance of bold, unapologetic comedy, Elnaaz shared with IANS: “I resonate with your viewpoint, and it was indeed a concern for me as well. Yet, upon reviewing this script, the narrative unfolds in a distinct manner. While it fits within the pure entertainment genre, it elevates beyond its former iterations.”
She continued, “I believed that portraying this character would showcase a different facet of my acting abilities. As an actress, it's essential to demonstrate the range of your skills, and Bindiya offered me that opportunity, so I embraced it.”
Mastiii 4, a sex comedy directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, is the fourth chapter in the Masti film series. The film features Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani in principal roles.
The plot revolves around three friends, Amar, Meet, and Prem, who find themselves ensnared in monotonous married lives and yearn for the thrill of their youth.
