Mumbai, Sep 29 (NationPress) Actor Emraan Hashmi is gearing up to step back into his beloved character of Shivam. The highly anticipated film “Awarapan 2” has commenced its first shooting schedule in Bangkok.
Producer Vishesh Bhat took to Instagram to share the exciting news about the film's launch. The original “Awarapan”, released in 2007 and directed by Mohit Suri, was an uncredited adaptation of the South Korean film ‘A Bittersweet Life.’ Starring Emraan Hashmi, Shriya Saran, Mrinalini Sharma, and Ashutosh Rana, the movie depicted the life of gangster Shivam Pandit, who is assigned by his boss Bharat Malik to monitor Reema, Malik’s secret Pakistani mistress.
