Mumbai, Nov 8 (NationPress) Renowned actress and politician Hema Malini expressed her sorrow over the loss of another cherished friend following the demise of Zarine Khan, the mother of Zayed Khan and Sussanne Khan.
In a heartfelt tribute, Hema shared a nostalgic photo featuring herself, Zarine Khan, and the esteemed actor Sanjay Khan. She conveyed her mourning with the words, "Another close, dear friend gone; Zarine Khan is no more! Such a beautiful person, both inside and out. (sic)"
Reflecting on her long-standing relationship with the Khan family, she remarked, "Both Sanjay and Zarine have been dear to me for many, many years, always wishing me well, joining in our family celebrations—birthdays, weddings, anniversaries—and always ready to lend a helping hand."
Hema praised Zarine's talents as an interior designer, revealing that Zarine had crafted her home in the 1970s.
