Chennai, June 21 (NationPress) The creators of director Maruthi's anticipated cinematic venture 'The RajaSaab', starring pan-Indian sensation Prabhas, have announced that an impressive 95% of the film's shooting is finished, with only three songs and minor patchwork remaining.
In a conversation with IANS on the film's set, where a grand mansion has been constructed, producer T G Vishwa Prasad emphasized the commitment to producing a film of international standards, stating, "We have three songs left to be filmed. Besides that, there are just a few small elements that need to be completed. Otherwise, we are nearly done with shooting."
The producer further revealed that the visual effects (VFX) in 'The RajaSaab' will be of exceptional quality, incorporating various forms of computer graphics, including 3D CG.
The team is optimistic that the film will break records and generate substantial box office revenue upon its release on December 5 this year.
Remarkably, the film is already setting records even before its debut, as it boasts the title of being filmed in India's largest horror-fantasy set ever constructed. The towering, eerie mansion set exudes mystery and is enveloped in an unsettling silence.
Notably, during the teaser launch, director Maruthi expressed that the motivation behind creating such a lavish film was to "demonstrate that we can produce a Walt Disney film in India too."
In addition to Prabhas, the film features Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, and Riddhi Kumar, each contributing to the enigmatic narrative surrounding the cursed mansion.
Produced by People Media Factory and helmed by Maruthi, 'The RajaSaab' is set for release on December 5 this year in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, as a pan-Indian entertainer.
