The actor, who appears to be quite passionate about the sport, captioned his post: “Padel fever.”
Padel is a captivating racket sport that shares the same scoring system as tennis but has distinct rules. As of 2023, there are over 25 million active players across more than 90 countries, as reported by the International Padel Federation (FIP).
The Padel World Championship has been conducted biennially since 1992, with Argentina consistently reaching the finals, along with Spain or Brazil in every competition.
Ibrahim made his debut in 2025, starring opposite actress Khushi Kapoor in the romantic comedy film “Nadaaniyan.” He portrayed the character Arjun Mehta, a scholarship student who is hired by his affluent classmate (Kapoor) to pretend to be her boyfriend.
The actor, son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, later appeared alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol in the Johar-produced thriller “Sarzameen.” In this film, he played Harman Menon, the estranged son of an army officer who becomes involved with a militant group.
Regarding his sister, Sara Ali Khan was recently featured in “Metro... In Dino,” a musical romantic drama directed by Anurag Basu. The film serves as a spiritual sequel to Basu’s 2007 anthology “Life in a... Metro.”
The ensemble cast also includes Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
This narrative weaves multiple contemporary love stories set in urban India, delving into themes of connection, loneliness, and emotional vulnerability within modern relationships. The film's title connects thematically to the song 'In Dino' from the previous film 'Life in a...Metro.'
