Mumbai, Aug 20 (NationPress) Referring to himself as a ‘green crusader’, Bollywood icon Jackie Shroff revealed that his connection with plants has instilled in him a sense of patience and kept him grounded.
When asked about the influence of gardening and nature on his mental and emotional health, Jackie shared with IANS: “Being recognized as a 'Plant Zaddy' is a true honor. Plants have been my teachers in patience and have kept me anchored.”
“Plants transform you into a better individual, bhidu. That’s a powerful realization, boss. My children and I share a mutual love for greenery, which is incredibly fulfilling,” said the actor, who proudly endorses Ugaoo, a gardening firm.
Reflecting on the roots of his plant passion, he stated: “I’ve been a green crusader for many years, surrounded by plants and getting my hands dirty. I often bring a sapling as my plus one to events.”
