However, it was KJo's fashion statement that drew significant attention. The producer-director donned a T-shirt emblazoned with “Nepo Baby”. KJo complemented his look with black trousers and sneakers.

Also joining Gauri and KJo was Malaika Arora. A video captured by a paparazzi account shows them leaving an upscale dining establishment in the city, where they were photographed during the evening.

Gauri was elegantly dressed in a golden dress paired with a matching blazer, while Malaika Arora flaunted a long red bodycon dress.

KJo was previously in the spotlight for his significant weight loss, appearing notably lean in his latest photos. Social media buzzed with speculation regarding whether he was using the weight loss drug Ozempic. However, KJo clarified in his Instagram story that his transformation was attributed to “being healthy and eating well”.

In other news, Karan Johar recently garnered attention for selling a 50 percent stake in Dharma Productions to Adar Poonawalla, CEO of Serum Institute.

According to an official statement, Serene Productions invested over Rs 1,000 crore in Dharma Productions for a 50 percent stake, with Johar retaining the remaining ownership.

Amidst these developments, Karan Johar shared an enigmatic post on his Instagram, discussing competition. His post read, “Competition happens at the bottom. The people at the top are collaborating.”

On the professional front, Karan’s production company, Dharmatic Entertainment, recently produced the streaming series ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’, with its third season premiering on Netflix last year.
