Mumbai, Sep 3 (NationPress) Bollywood icon Malaika Arora emphasizes the necessity of discarding antiquated beliefs that equate glamour and allure with a specific age.
In discussing her views on dismantling age-related stereotypes within the entertainment sector, Malaika conveyed her insights to IANS.
She stated: “It’s time we move past the outdated beliefs that beauty is confined to a particular age. Women can be glamorous, desirable, and influential at any stage of life.”
Malaika aspires to motivate women to accept their true selves and challenge age-related stereotypes.
She further remarked: “By choosing to live authentically and accepting who I am, I hope to empower more women to break these stereotypes and embrace their genuine selves.”
Previously, Malaika noted that for her, age signifies growth rather than a constraint. She believes that beauty transcends the desire to cling to youth; it involves celebrating every moment of life with confidence.
At 51, who represents HYUE, she shared with IANS: “For me, age is not a restriction but rather a development. Each year brings with it wisdom, resilience, and a more profound self-awareness—and that, in my view, is the most exquisite transformation.”
