Mumbai, Aug 18 (NationPress) The renowned streaming platform Netflix organized a unique pre-release screening of the beloved The Great Indian Kapil Show (Independence Day Special Episode) specifically for the visually impaired.
This event was hosted at the Netflix India headquarters in Mumbai, in partnership with the National Association for the Blind in Mumbai.
The episode was enhanced with integrated audio descriptions to make it accessible for all attendees. Present at the screening were notable figures such as Shri Tukaram Mundhe, IAS (Secretary, Divyang Kalyan Department, Government of Maharashtra), and Mr. Prakash Magdum, IIS (Managing Director, National Film Development Corporation of India).
The star cast of the show, including Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover, Kiku Sharda, and Archana Puran Singh, were also present at this special screening.
