Los Angeles, Nov 1 (NationPress) The renowned Hollywood actress Olivia Munn had a delightful Halloween this year, adorning her little one as a banh bao.

Celebrating Halloween 2025 and her Vietnamese heritage, the actress shared this special moment with her baby girl, as reported by ‘People’ magazine.

“OMG, the cutest most delicious dumpling, like ever (sic),” she exclaimed in her post on Friday, October 31. The post showcased a series of heartwarming photos featuring herself and her daughter, Méi.

The ‘Your Friends & Neighbors’ star, age 45, kicked off the photo series with a snapshot of Méi nestled inside a bamboo dumpling steamer on the kitchen counter.

According to ‘People’, she wore an off-white bodysuit and a hat designed to mimic the iconic steamed buns filled with savory goodness. Nearby, a bottle of soy sauce, chopsticks, and bowls were arranged.

Munn, who is also the mother of son Malcolm, 2, with her husband John Mulaney, appeared in the third image, beaming as she stood next to her little “banh bao,” grasping the chopsticks. She concluded her post with a video of her holding Mei, born on September 14, 2024, captioned “Bun Bao for Halloween,” demonstrating the adorable costume.

This isn’t the first time Munn has incorporated her Vietnamese background into Halloween festivities. Last year, she created a DIY “Omakase” costume for Mei, transforming her into various sushi pieces with salmon, tuna, and egg-colored outfits. A round white pillow served as “rice,” complemented by a “seaweed” blanket.

“This is such an easy way to make beautiful sushi at home,” a voice remarked in the background of the video. In 2022, baby Malcolm dressed up as Munn’s mother for Halloween, complete with a wig that closely mirrored his grandmother’s hairstyle.
