Internet personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has opened up about how he defied expectations on the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, insisting he never had to choose between his signature glamour and genuine physical grit. His remarks came in an Instagram post addressed to host Rohit Shetty, shared after completing ten episodes — roughly half the season — before his eventual eviction.

The Assumptions He Walked In With

Orry recalled that when he signed on for the show, the prevailing expectation was that he would be “high maintenance,” treat the stunt arena like a runway, and exit within the first two episodes. His stylist reportedly packed more than seven suitcases carrying over 20 curated looks for his stint — a detail that even prompted his stylist to joke, “Are you sure you need this many? I don’t even think you’ll last long enough to wear half of them.”

What Orry Said in His Own Words

In his post, Orry wrote: “Well… look at us now. Ten episodes down, 50% of the season conquered, and every single outfit accounted for. Yes, I brought the glamour. Yes, I served the looks. But more than that, I showed up at every stunt, faced the fear, took the bruises, and didn’t complain. Never choosing between being glamorous and being tough and proving both are possible.”

He also credited Rohit Shetty for acknowledging his effort beyond the aesthetics: “Thank you so much for always celebrating the outfits, teasing the vanity, but always respecting the fight in me. Anyone and everyone wears designer to a party, it’s safe, but serving high glamour and drama in the middle of stunt dust and having the alpha of males validate it is what makes the difference between a fashion icon and follower.”

Alongside the note, Orry shared a series of photos and videos from his time on the show, offering a look at his sartorial choices, luxury bags, and candid banter with Shetty. Orry was eventually evicted from Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 15, having completed half the competition.
