Mumbai, July 3 (NationPress) Actor Parag Tyagi has written a touching tribute to his late wife, actress Shefali Jariwala. On Thursday, he took to Instagram to share a nostalgic photo of her. In the caption, he expressed his feelings about the talented actress.
He stated, “Shefali — the timeless Kaanta Laga — was far more than what appeared on the surface. She was a fierce spirit cloaked in elegance — sharp, determined, and incredibly driven. A woman who pursued her goals with purpose, nurturing her career, intellect, body, and spirit with quiet resilience and steadfast resolve.”
He also noted that beyond her numerous accolades and roles, Shefali embodied “love in its most selfless form.”
Tyagi shared, “She was the mother to all — always prioritizing others, offering solace and warmth merely through her presence. A loving daughter. A caring and devoted wife and a wonderful mother to Simba. A protective sister in maasi. A fiercely loyal friend who supported those she cherished with bravery and kindness. Amid the turmoil of grief, it’s easy to be overwhelmed by distractions and conjecture.”
“However, Shefali ought to be remembered for her brilliance — for how she made people feel. For the happiness she ignited. For the lives she uplifted. I commence this thread with a simple prayer: May this space be filled solely with love. With memories that foster healing. With tales that preserve her spirit. Let this be her legacy — a soul so luminous, she will forever be remembered. Love you for eternity,” he concluded.
Shefali tragically passed away due to a cardiac arrest. Parag Tyagi reportedly hurried her to a hospital in the Andheri region of Mumbai, but sadly, doctors pronounced her dead upon arrival. Her remains were taken to Cooper Hospital in Andheri for further procedures.
