Mumbai, April 26 (NationPress) The talented actress Parineeti Chopra has successfully concluded her highly anticipated series with Netflix.
Announcing this milestone, Parineeti shared several images featuring the cast and crew of the unnamed drama on her Instagram stories, stating, "It's a wrap on a special series with special people - happy memories we carry with us after 48 days of shooting together as a family for a series we are all proud of, coming soon on @netflix_in."
The actress included the iconic theme song from the beloved American sitcom "Friends" - "I'll Be There for You" in the background.
Parineeti began the 48-day filming for this untitled series in February of this year.
In her social media update, the 'Kesari' actress wrote, "Some mysteries don’t just unfold - they pull you in, keep you guessing, and refuse to let go. A new mystery thriller series is in the works! I can’t wait for you all to experience this labour of love from Team Netflix and us, when it’s ready! Shooting has begun.. marking my OTT series debut!"
This upcoming OTT series will also feature Tahir Raj Bhasin, Anup Soni, Jennifer Winget, Chaitannya Choudhry, Harleen Sethi, and Soni Razdan in significant roles, among others.
Set amidst the breathtaking hills of Shimla, the drama has been produced by Siddharth P. Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra.
Directed by Rensil D'Silva, this series will mark Parineeti's debut in the OTT space with the streaming giant Netflix.
Furthermore, it represents Parineeti's fourth project with the platform, following Ribhu Dasgupta’s “The Girl on the Train,” Imtiaz Ali's “Amar Singh Chamkila” alongside Diljit Dosanjh, and an upcoming romantic comedy by Dhruv Tripathi.
In the meantime, Parineeti recently appeared on screen in Imtiaz Ali's biographical drama, "Chamkila", where she shared the screen for the first time with Diljit Dosanjh.
