New Delhi, July 12 (NationPress) Renowned television actor Shabir Ahluwalia, known for his portrayal of Aniket in the legendary series “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi,” declared it to be a groundbreaking show. He mentioned that with the upcoming “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2,” it will be tailored to resonate with contemporary audiences.
Shabir expressed his anticipation, stating that both he and the fans are eager to experience the nostalgia of the show in a fresh manner.
In a conversation with IANS regarding Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, Shabir remarked: “It’s been a significant milestone, a landmark show. Naturally, when they revive Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, it will be presented in a context that is pertinent to today’s world.”

As one of the longest-running soap operas, “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” first aired in 2000 and concluded in 2008. The narrative centers around Tulsi, the ideal daughter-in-law, who is the daughter of a pandit and married to Mihir, the grandson of the affluent businessman Govardhan Virani.
Returning in the reboot, actress-politician Smriti Irani will reprise her role as Tulsi Virani, while Amar Upadhyay will again portray Mihir Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2.
