Chennai, Feb 24 (NationPress) Renowned actor and producer Sivakarthikeyan has revealed that his upcoming project 'Seyon', directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, is just the beginning. In a recent announcement, he confirmed that his subsequent film will also be helmed by the same director.
During the trailer launch event for 'Thaai Kelavi', which marks Sivakumar Murugesan's debut and is produced by Sivakarthikeyan Productions, the actor shared, "Many may assume that I chose to collaborate with Sivakumar Murugesan for 'Seyon' based on the success of 'Thaai Kelavi'. However, that’s not the case. I advised Kalai, the CEO of my production, that we usually don’t sign directors for multiple films; let’s make an exception for Sivakumar. I decided to commit to both films, 'Thaai Kelavi' and 'Seyon', from the very first day. After experiencing 'Thaai Kelavi', I was certain I wanted to be the lead in his next project, as I am drawn to rural narratives akin to my roots."
