Mumbai, July 19 (NationPress) Bollywood actress and producer Alia Bhatt has been showering accolades on newcomer Ahaan Panday, actress Aneet Padda, and director Mohit Suri following the impressive debut of their film 'Saiyaara'.
On Saturday, Alia took to her Instagram to share a snapshot featuring Ahaan, Aneet, and Mohit Suri. In her lengthy caption, she expressed her profound admiration for the team.
She wrote, “It’s safe to say… two beautiful, magical STARS are born @aneetpadda_ @ahaanpandayy! I can’t recall the last time I viewed two actors with such awe. With stars in my eyes. Observing the stars in yours. You both radiate such uniqueness and authenticity; I could watch you again, and again, and again. (And let’s be candid… I likely will.) I’ve already praised you both individually, but it seems once was insufficient.”
“So here I am. Praising. Again. To the captain of this remarkable ship @mohitsuri — what a film. What emotions. What music! You made me experience feelings that only cinema can evoke. 'Saiyaara' is brimming with heart, soul, and an essence that lingers with you… in the most wonderful way. Kudos to the entire team, to @yrf — congratulations on this exquisite creation. This isn’t merely a film. It’s a moment. And I’m thrilled to have experienced it (sic),” she added.
Mohit and Alia share a familial bond; Mohit’s mother, Heena, is the sister of Mahesh Bhatt, Alia’s father. Mohit is from an older generation than Alia. His directorial debut, 'Zeher', was released in 2005, whereas Alia made her Bollywood entry in 2012 with 'Student of the Year'.
Mohit directed 'Zeher' based on a script by Alia’s father under the Vishesh Films banner. Alia chose to step away from her family’s Vishesh Films, opting to work under Karan Johar for 'Student of the Year'.
