Mumbai, Sep 13 (NationPress) Actress Tamannaah Bhatia is garnering a positive response for her newly launched streaming series ‘Do You Wanna Partner’. She recently discussed the first-mover advantage the show possesses and how it represents the best of both worlds.
In an interview with IANS held in the Khar West neighborhood of Mumbai during the promotional efforts for the show, she elaborated on how the collaboration of two directors enhanced the overall narrative.
She stated, “We experienced the best of both worlds with Archit Kumar and Collin D’Cunha. Archit had a strong grasp on the emotional aspects, while Colin excelled in the comedic elements. Although they have distinct styles, the support from Prime Video and Dharmatic enabled us to execute a highly ambitious schedule and prepare swiftly. Interestingly, we filmed the show in April last year, and despite the time that has passed, no one has ventured into this type of subject matter yet.”
She added, “Considering the current discourse around entrepreneurship and startups, there is an abundance of knowledge and information available, yet no one has tackled this kind of story. We are hopeful that we will enjoy that first-mover advantage in this genre.”
Previously, Tamannaah described her character in the show as a ‘hustler’, characterized by impulsiveness and passion. She noted that her role serves as a voice of reason, providing balance amid the chaos.
Directed by Collin D'Cunha and Archit Kumar, the series features notable actors such as Jaaved Jaaferi, Nakuul Mehta, Shweta Tiwari, Neeraj Kabi, Sufi Motiwala, and Rannvijay Singha in prominent roles.
‘Do You Wanna Partner’ is now available for streaming on Prime Video.
