Moscow, Aug 13 (NationPress) The Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, is set to engage in discussions with India's External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, in Moscow on August 21, as confirmed by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
