Quetta, Nov 19 (NationPress) In a disturbing report, a prominent human rights organization has stated that two Baloch civilians were killed extrajudicially by Pakistani security forces in Balochistan. In condemning this tragic incident, Paank, the Human Rights Department of the Baloch National Movement, reported that Jalal Khan, from the Mand area, was shot dead by security personnel while enjoying a picnic on Tuesday.
The organization expressed profound concern regarding the enforced disappearance of his friend, Noman Baloch, whose current location is unknown. Despite numerous appeals from his family, no state authority has acknowledged his detention or revealed his whereabouts.
After nearly seven months of being missing, Farooq’s body, riddled with bullets, was discovered on November 17 in the Banok-e-Chadi area of Kech district.
