Washington, Sep 15 (NationPress) US President Donald Trump has condemned the horrific murder of an Indian citizen by an undocumented immigrant in Texas, vowing to pursue justice for the victim. He stated that the accused will face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law and will be charged with first-degree murder!

“I am deeply troubled by the shocking reports surrounding the murder of Chandra Nagamallaiah, a respected individual in Dallas, Texas, who was brutally beheaded in front of his wife and son by an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Cuba, who should have never been allowed in our nation,” Trump shared on Truth Social.

Trump pointed fingers at the prior Biden administration for permitting the release of the murder suspect back into the community.

“This individual had a history of terrible crimes, including child sex abuse, grand theft auto, and false imprisonment. Yet, he was released back into our homeland under incompetent Joe Biden because Cuba did not want such a malevolent person within their borders. Rest assured, the era of being lenient with these Illegal Immigrant Criminals is OVER while I am in charge!” Trump emphasized.

On September 10, the 41-year-old Nagamallaiah was tragically attacked and decapitated at a motel in Dallas, Texas. The 37-year-old Martinez was apprehended and charged with capital murder. He is accused of beheading Nagamallaiah and discarding the victim's head in a trash bin.

A disturbing video that has circulated on social media shows Martinez pursuing the victim with a machete and continuing his assault until Nagamallaiah was decapitated. He then kicked the victim's head into the motel parking lot before retrieving it and placing it in a dumpster.

On Friday, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had begun the process of removing the attacker from the country.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin also criticized the Biden administration for allowing undocumented immigrants into the United States.

“This gruesome and savage murder of a victim at a motel by Yordanis Cobos-Martinez was entirely preventable had this criminal illegal alien not been released into our country by the Biden administration,” she remarked.

According to DHS, Martinez had been in ICE Dallas custody at the Bluebonnet Detention Center until he was released on an Order of Supervision on January 13, 2025, under the Biden administration.
