This latest disbursement means that a total of 11 crore farming families have received funds exceeding Rs 3.70 lakh crore to date.
Upon the transfer of Rs 2,000 into their accounts, farmers across the nation expressed their gratitude, highlighting the positive impact of this farmer-focused welfare initiative.
Numerous farmers shared their joy and experiences with IANS, detailing how this financial aid aids them in managing agricultural costs during challenging periods.
In Sahibganj district in Jharkhand, recipients celebrated the arrival of Rs 2,000 in their accounts.
“Previously, we faced significant challenges in farming due to insufficient funds, but since the launch of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, we have received substantial support that allows us to purchase fertilizers and seeds on time,” a group of farmers recounted in a special interaction with IANS.
In Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, the PM-KISAN event featured the BJP’s district president as the chief guest, who remarked that millions flow into the district through the Kisan Samman Nidhi, benefiting not only farmers but also local markets.
“Increased purchases of essential goods by farmers enhance cash flow in the market,” he stressed.
Farmers in Koderma, Bihar reported that they no longer need to rely on loans for agricultural expenses. They can now buy fertilizers, seeds, and other essentials without worry.
Women farmers expressed sincere gratitude for the financial backing provided by the scheme.
In Kotputli-Behror district, Rajasthan, farmers thanked the Prime Minister for recognizing their struggles and providing assistance through PM-KISAN.

According to Bhagirath Choudhary, the Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare in Rajasthan, PM-KISAN has emerged as a crucial tool for farmers' financial empowerment.

Another farmer, Dashrath Rathore, from the same village, added, "We are benefiting tremendously.
