The Nitish administration is saying goodbye; its tenure is completed, and the new government led by Tejashwi Yadav is about to emerge,” Tiwari told IANS, asserting that the voters have cast their ballots with clarity and intent.
Adding to the hopeful sentiments of the Opposition coalition, Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) spokesperson Dev Jyoti shared similar views.

By around 10, 10:30, or by 11 a.m., you will witness the Mahagathbandhan establishing the government.” The VIP, a member of the Mahagathbandhan, anticipates a swift and definitive lead in the early counting phases.
Simultaneously, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has set up 4,372 counting tables throughout the state, each overseen by a counting supervisor, assistant, and micro-observer. A total of 243 Returning Officers and an equal number of Counting Observers will supervise the counting process in the presence of candidates and their authorized agents. Over 18,000 counting agents have been appointed to guarantee transparency.
The counting commenced at 8:00 a.m. with postal ballots, followed by EVM counting at 8:30 a.m. Postal ballots must be entirely counted before the final round of EVM counting.
EVM control units will be shown to counting agents for seal and serial-number verification, as documented in Form 17C. In the event of any discrepancies, VVPAT slips from the relevant polling station will be mandatorily counted. Furthermore, five random polling stations per constituency will undergo VVPAT verification after EVM counting is completed.
Results will be announced round-wise and constituency-wise by the respective Returning Officers.
