Purnea, Sep 15 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday asserted that it is “Modi’s guarantee” that every poor individual will receive a permanent home, while criticizing the Congress and RJD for neglecting “Seemanchal”, corruption, and safeguarding infiltrators.
During a public rally in Purnea, PM Modi characterized the NDA government as pro-poor and pledged significant reductions in the prices of goods due to the GST reforms.
He stated, “Until every poor person in the nation has his own house, Modi will not rest or take a break.”
PM Modi mentioned that the NDA government has constructed 4 crore houses for the underprivileged and is building an additional 3 crore.
He emphasized that during his visit, he inaugurated and laid the foundation for projects valued at Rs 40,000 crore, with over 40,000 individuals receiving their own permanent houses under the PM Awas Yojana.
Turning his attention to Congress and RJD regarding corruption and their efforts to protect infiltrators and alter the region’s demographics, PM Modi remarked, “They are organizing rallies and chanting slogans to defend illegal foreigners.”
“I want to convey a strong message to the RJD-Congress’ ‘jamaat’ that every infiltrator must leave. The NDA is dedicated to curbing infiltration. All leaders supporting infiltrators need to understand clearly that it is Modi’s promise to act against infiltrators,”
He expressed that the poor are like family to him, whereas the Congress-RJD only prioritize their own dynasties and corruption.
“Those who have exploited Bihar and betrayed this land are dissatisfied with the state’s development. Individuals who concentrate on stuffing cash into their lockers will never care for the public,” he stated.
The PM’s current visit to Bihar, ahead of the forthcoming Assembly elections, represents one of the most substantial development packages for the state in recent years, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure, connectivity, energy, housing, and water supply.
PM Modi pointed out that Congress and RJD have been out of power in Bihar for two decades, expressing gratitude to women and mothers for penalizing them for the lawlessness that existed in the pre-NDA period.
“In the NDA era, women are becoming lakhpati didis,” he noted.
Prior to his visit, the entire city was adorned with banners, cutouts, and welcome gates, while robust security measures were ensured by the SPG, CRPF, and local police.
Previously, the PM inaugurated the Purnea Airport and launched and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth nearly Rs 40,000 crore across Bihar.
