Patna, Nov 18 (NationPress) The momentum for establishing a new administration in Bihar has escalated, as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Parliamentary Board has designated a central observer to manage the election of the BJP Legislative Party leader.
As per a press announcement by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has been chosen as the central observer.
He will be supported by Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Union Minister of Law and Justice, and Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, a former Union Minister, who will serve as co-observers.
These officials will oversee the legislative party meeting where the new leader of the BJP Legislature Party is set to be selected.
In addition to the central observers, senior BJP leaders, including Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, both Deputy Chief Ministers, along with Dilip Jaiswal, the Bihar BJP President, and other key figures, will be participating.
