Indore, March 11 (NationPress) The Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) National Joint General Secretary (Organisation), Shiv Prakash, has characterized the ongoing 'Pandit Deendayal Training Maha Abhiyan' as a clear reflection of the party's commitment to organizational growth and the aspiration to foster positive societal changes.

On Tuesday, the BJP leader articulated that the initiative's essence is captured in its slogan, 'capable workers -- strong organisation'.

He emphasized, "To fortify the party's organization, it is essential for workers to receive proper empowerment, which can only be achieved through comprehensive training."

Shiv Prakash made these remarks during a training session for BJP workers at Gujarati Innovative College in Indore, marking the third such session in Madhya Pradesh, following earlier sessions in Bhopal and Jabalpur.

While addressing the attendees, Shiv Prakash stated: "The effectiveness of the training sessions hinges on two critical aspects: firstly, meticulous preparation and seriousness in organizing the training; secondly, the speaker's ability to effectively communicate their insights and the party's philosophies to the workers at the divisional level."

He pointed out that these training sessions offer workers a valuable chance to gain a deep understanding of the party's ideology, organizational methods, and operational styles, thereby reinforcing the organization's strength.

Shiv Prakash noted that the BJP's central team has dedicated extensive efforts over the past three to four months to design this training initiative, which aims to train nearly eight million workers nationwide as part of this extensive and ambitious campaign.

"These training sessions deliver comprehensive insights into the BJP's ideology, methodologies, organizational policies, and vital public relations aspects. The primary goal is to empower workers to effectively engage in society and contribute to the organization's ongoing fortification," added the BJP leader.

In addition to Shiv Prakash, Madhya Pradesh BJP President Hemant Khandelwal, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, and other senior party figures also participated in the training session, sharing valuable experiences with the workers.

Khandelwal remarked, "The BJP's sustained success, including victories in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, can be attributed to our training and operational strategies. Without proper training, our achievements would not have been possible. The BJP is recognized for its distinctive ideology and operational frameworks."
