Confirming the situation, DCP (West) S. Girish stated: "We found six gelatin sticks and several detonators, both individually packaged, inside a carry bag situated outside the restroom on the grounds of the Kalasipalya Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus stand. An FIR is yet to be lodged."
The explosive materials were identified around 2 p.m. and were stored in distinct bags adjacent to the restroom.
