Patna, March 30 (NationPress) Union Minister and BJP ally Chirag Paswan has expressed strong confidence that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will achieve a monumental victory in the Bihar Assembly elections.

He asserted that the Grand Alliance (Mahagathbandhan) is an unstable coalition that is likely to crumble due to internal disagreements over seat distribution.

"The NDA represents a natural alliance, while the opposition's unity is merely superficial and fragile. All NDA leaders, including Amit Shah, will frequently visit Bihar to devise strategies for the elections. Seat sharing within the NDA will be seamless, unlike the opposition, where internal conflicts will lead to disputes," Union Minister Paswan stated.

"Amit Shah is in the state to develop the NDA's election strategy. NDA leaders are collaborating effectively to secure a decisive victory in the Bihar Assembly elections," he noted.

In support of his uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras' Dalit rally, he remarked: "Such initiatives should be encouraged to uplift Dalit communities."

The Union Minister also voiced his support for the Bihar government's initiative to recover misappropriated funds from the fodder scam.

"The assets of those who have embezzled public funds must be seized. The Bihar government is coordinating with the CBI and Income Tax Department to recover Rs 950 crore," Paswan added.

Criticizing the opposition, he emphasized that the Grand Alliance is comprised of parties that have historically betrayed one another.

He pointed out that the disputes over seat-sharing will foster instability within the opposition, contrasting with the NDA's smooth management of such matters during the Lok Sabha elections.

While acknowledging the students' demands for justice in the Bihar Public Service Commission examination issue, the Union Minister stated that he respects the judicial process and refrained from commenting on the court's verdict.

LJP(RV) chief Paswan declared that his party will endorse the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) report on the Waqf Amendment Bill.

“Every stakeholder should have a voice before finalizing the report. My party will actively engage in discussions when the bill is presented in Parliament,” he concluded.
