Aizawl, May 20 (NationPress) In a significant milestone for education in India, Mizoram has been officially recognized as the first fully literate state as part of the Central government’s ULLAS (Understanding Lifelong Learning for All in Society) initiative, announced Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Tuesday.
