Born on July 23, 1906, in Bhabra village, Chandrashekhar Azad exemplified remarkable bravery and dedication during India’s struggle for independence.

On February 27, 1931, after being betrayed and encircled by police at Alfred Park in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), he fought valiantly and, adhering to his vow of never being apprehended by the British, sacrificed his life for the freedom of the nation.

This festival acts as a vital platform for community bonding and cultural expression, showcasing the conservation of tribal traditions, artistry, and folk heritage.
