Chandigarh, Feb 7 (NationPress) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated on Saturday that the government has established 217 resolutions in its Sankalp Patra, with 60 already completed. The remaining resolutions are being executed swiftly, and their completion is imminent.
At an event in Chandigarh, the Chief Minister emphasized that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, the government operates in line with the Constitution's principles. He acknowledged that the citizens of Haryana elected the BJP for transparent and corruption-free governance, and the public's faith in Modi's policies continues to grow. This has led to a significant mandate for the double-engine government, marking its third term in the state.
He revealed that the recruitment process in Haryana is now entirely transparent, allowing even children from underprivileged families to secure government jobs without any favoritism. Even prior to taking office, 24,000 youths were issued joining letters, and extensive recruitment efforts are ongoing this year to fill all vacant posts transparently.
Chief Minister Saini noted that Haryana's youth are excelling in other states, while youths from other regions are also finding opportunities in Haryana, reflecting healthy competition. He assured that under the BJP government, there is no discrimination or recommendation culture; only the deserving receive opportunities.
He mentioned that dialysis for kidney patients has become entirely free, subsidized LPG cylinders are being provided to impoverished families, and the 'Lado Lakshmi' scheme has been initiated for eligible women, offering them Rs 2,100 monthly. Additionally, long-settled rural families are now granted ownership rights, and procurement of 24 crops at the minimum support price (MSP) is being ensured for farmers.
The Chief Minister asserted that under Prime Minister Modi's guidance, India is rapidly evolving into a developed nation, enhancing its global standing. He indicated that a clear vision for Viksit Bharat is evident in the Union Budget.
Saini added that the upcoming Haryana budget aims to fulfill the hopes and expectations of the populace. He acknowledged the lingering pain from the 1984 events in people's hearts and emphasized the need for sensitivity in addressing such matters, assuring that justice for the victims has been pursued under Modi's leadership.
The CM expressed that democracy strengthens when the government listens to the opposition and accepts constructive suggestions for public interests. He mentioned that in the legislative assembly, the opposition is encouraged to provide evidence-based suggestions, which the government is willing to consider, highlighting that unfounded allegations undermine democracy.
