The two missing men have been identified as Indrajith (22) from Piravom in Ernakulam and Sreerag (36) from Chavara in Kollam.
Both were employed by Scorpio Marine.
Earlier today, family members of Sreerag were notified by the company and the Indian Embassy that he is presumed deceased due to the incident.
Indrajith, whose father Santhosh also works on the same ship, is still unaccounted for.
In a statement to the media, Lok Sabha member Francis George noted that the company is keeping Indrajith's family informed about the developments from the site of the mishap.
The tragedy transpired on Thursday near Beira port while a launch boat was transferring Indian crew members to the vessel MT Sea Quest for maintenance.

Out of these, fourteen have been rescued, while three fatalities have been confirmed so far.
Rescue operations, which began immediately after the incident, were momentarily halted yesterday due to poor weather conditions.
They resumed early this morning, supported by local authorities and the High Commission of India in Maputo.
Indrajith had just departed home last Tuesday to commence his duties aboard the ship.
His family received news of the disaster late Friday evening.
Sreerag had been with the company for several years.
The Indian High Commission is actively collaborating with the Mozambique government to facilitate search and rescue operations.
Helpline numbers have been established for families seeking information.
