In a message shared on the social media platform 'X', PM Modi praised the military for their steadfast bravery, discipline, and commitment to defend the nation.
He urged everyone to contribute to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.
"On Armed Forces Flag Day, we offer our sincerest thanks to the courageous individuals who safeguard our nation with steadfast bravery. Their discipline, determination, and spirit protect our citizens and fortify our country. Their dedication exemplifies true duty, discipline, and devotion to our homeland. Earlier, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh conveyed his best wishes to the Indian Armed Forces, commending their valor and sacrifices for the nation.
In a post on X, he remarked, "On Armed Forces Flag Day, I honor the valor and sacrifices of our armed forces. Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan also shared his greetings with all Indian Armed Forces personnel, veterans, and Veer Naris, acknowledging their steadfast service, indomitable spirit, and significant contributions to India's defense readiness and national security.
