New Delhi, Nov 6 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged with the champions of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg on Wednesday. The Indian team triumphed over South Africa in the final held at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, securing their first-ever ICC silverware. The Prime Minister noted that this day holds great significance, coinciding with Dev Deepawali and Gurpurab, and extended his warm wishes to all attendees.

The head coach of the team, Amol Mazumdar, expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister, stating it was a privilege to meet him.
