In a recent statement, IndiGo mentioned that it has implemented various measures over the past two days to stabilize its network.
“In light of the recent operational challenges, IndiGo affirms that we are achieving further substantial and sustained enhancements across our network,” the airline noted.

The airline highlighted that both refund and baggage processes are functioning at full capacity for customers who booked directly as well as those who went through travel agents.
