Mumbai, April 10 (NationPress) Tejraj Gulecha, Director of Valmark Group and a patron member of JATF, commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his participation in the Navkar Mahamantra Divas event, organized by JITO (Jain International Trade Organisation).

In an interview with IANS, Gulecha remarked: “It was genuinely heartwarming to witness Prime Minister Modi honor the occasion. His presence was greatly valued by the entire Jain community and left a profound impression on all of us. What particularly stood out was his deep respect for all religions. We were especially touched by the fact that, as the Prime Minister of India, he chose to partake in the chanting of the Navkar Mantra without shoes. This act reflected his long-standing appreciation and reverence for Jainism.”

Gulecha further emphasized that the Prime Minister’s remarkable understanding of the Navkar Mantra and its spiritual implications was noteworthy.

“The Prime Minister not only discussed the mantra with great insight but also underscored the nine resolutions, or Sankalps, that promote peace and harmony globally. He pointed out how the mantra connects with the inner virtues of every individual and imparts values that support the peaceful coexistence of all living beings,” Gulecha elaborated.
