Chennai, March 4 (NationPress) Tamil Nadu BJP spokesperson and senior leader ANS Prasad urged state Chief Minister M. K. Stalin to take immediate action in response to the critical matter of insufficient support for students with autism, disabilities, and special needs during examinations. In a statement, the BJP leader emphasized the necessity of appointing subject-specific teachers as scribe teachers who comprehend the students' needs and can assist them effectively.
Prasad remarked, "Students with special needs, including those who are visually impaired, hearing impaired, dyslexic, and autistic, encounter considerable challenges during exams due to the absence of qualified scribes."
The Tamil Nadu BJP spokesperson noted that the scribes assigned to these special children frequently lack fundamental knowledge of the subjects, resulting in incorrect interpretations and answers.

ANS Prasad mentioned that the Plus Two exams, which began on Monday, were plagued by issues with scribe teachers across various centers.
