Chennai, Dec 31 (NationPress) The Governor of Tamil Nadu, R.N. Ravi, has initiated a five-day visit to the Nilgiris, ensuring robust security measures are established throughout the hill district.

This visit follows a two-day conference of Vice-Chancellors from State Universities, which took place on April 25 and 26 at Raj Bhavan (Lok Bhavan) in Ooty, chaired by the Governor, focusing on enhancing reforms and quality in higher education.

On Tuesday, he resumed his travel, setting out on a road journey from Rameswaram to Coimbatore.
