The individuals taken into custody have been identified as Shishir Hubert Rozario, aged 35, from Ghazipur, and Mohd. Tauhidur Rahman, aged 33, hailing from Cox's Bazar.

According to police reports, Rahman was previously involved in a case under FIR No. 108/20, Section 3/14 of the Foreigner Act, registered at PS Sector-40, Gurugram, Haryana.
